S/gns Terms of Use

S/gns is provided to collect and organize public web and social links inside Figma and FigJam. Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the right to access, preview, store, and share any link or content they submit.

S/gns is published and operated by Mauro Carpino.

S/gns provides a free tier of up to 10 added links and optional paid access processed through Figma. Complimentary access codes may grant Pro access for the stated period and may be limited by user, expiry date, or number of redemptions. Codes may not be resold, shared beyond their intended recipients, or used to evade access limits. Deleting local plugin storage may remove the locally saved collection but does not reset server-side usage, cancel a subscription, or create a right to a refund. Purchases, subscriptions, billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled under Figma's applicable payment terms and Community policies.

Do not use S/gns with private, confidential, credential-bearing, internal, unlawful, or malicious URLs. Do not use it to bypass access controls or third-party terms.

Preview availability depends on public websites and third-party services, including Microlink, Noembed, weserv.nl, and supported media providers. Those services may change, rate-limit, block, or discontinue access. S/gns does not guarantee that every link will produce complete metadata or a preview image.

Generated cards may contain third-party names, images, and metadata. Their inclusion does not imply ownership, endorsement, or affiliation. Users remain responsible for copyright, privacy, and other legal requirements related to the content they use.
